These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, consultations and programs offered by Ishvik – The Healers' Hub, run by Sandeep Khurana, New Delhi, India. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of our services

We provide health, nutrition and lifestyle mentoring and education. Our services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified doctor. Do not stop or change any medicine without consulting your doctor. If you have a medical condition, continue your doctor's care alongside our guidance.

2. No guaranteed results

Results depend on individual factors such as health, consistency and adherence, and vary from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate and complete information about your health and medications.
• Inform us and your doctor promptly of any new symptoms or changes.
• Follow the guidance at your own discretion and seek emergency medical help when needed.

4. Consultations, booking and rescheduling

Your first consultation is free. Further consultations are included in our programs, as described at the time of enrolment. All sessions must be booked in advance; a confirmation with the session details is sent after booking. You may reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable. If we must cancel or reschedule, we will inform you promptly and offer a new time.

5. Programs, fees and payments

Program details, duration and fees are shared with you before enrolment. Payments are made through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Fees are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated on your invoice.

6. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment must be completed before a program or paid session begins. Payments are non-refundable once the program has started or the session has been delivered, unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of enrolment. If you are unsatisfied, write to us at ishvik.hub@gmail.com and we will try to find a fair solution. We may decline services if payment is not received.

6a. Code of conduct

We expect clients to be punctual, respectful and honest, and to take responsibility for following the guidance. We may refuse or end services in cases of abusive, inappropriate or unethical behaviour.

7. Intellectual property

All content we share, including plans, guides, videos and materials, is for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold without our written permission.

8. Communication

By sharing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry or program. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from the use of our guidance, from not consulting a doctor, or from information you did not share with us.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
